Shipments are made with ACS Courier .

• For shipments of products under €35 , the cost of shipping costs amounts to €4.00 per shipment .
• For shipments from €35 and above , shipping is free .
• Shipments are delivered in 1-2 business days .
• In island or hard-to-reach destinations, shipping takes 1-5 days .
• Handmade products are shipped in 1-5 days .

Shipments to Cyprus WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON.

In case you are not satisfied with the product or the product you received is defective, we will refund your money within 5 working days from the day you receive your order.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable.

Products must NOT have been worn and must be in their original condition.

Please make the return with ACS Courier , in any other case the return costs are borne by you.

You will first need to contact us by email at sales@montello.gr or by phone at 2103000521 , sending the IBAN, the name of the beneficiary of the account and the bank so that we can make the return
money.

Product Changes

If for any reason you wish to change the product you have purchased, you have the possibility to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

Exchanges are accepted ONLY when the item is in its original condition and has NOT been worn.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

The shipping costs of the first change are borne by us. For every second change, the costs are charged to you and the cost amounts to €4.00.
